Height Predictor

So, I decided to check this height predictor to determine what my kids adult height would be. I worry a little because I don't want Wyatt to be out grown too much by his baby brother. I did come up with some exciting results if true. Elliot is predicted at 6' 4" and surprisingly Wyatt is predicted at 6' 0". If you got kids you can do it to!

Swimming Pool

I finally got our neighborhood pool passes. I love having a pool in the neighborhood. I didn't think I would care, but I enjoy the free fun, the slight tan on my face, and watching Wyatt's excitement. Elliot isn't really sure of the pool. He likes going only after a good nap, and then he'll just stare at the pool and maybe stick his hands and feet in. I think Elliot is too mature for swimming pools. He would prefer the science museum.

Chick-fil-a

I went to take the boys to Loriella Park today for a little out door fun before it got too hot outside. When I got there there were buses leaving that apparently dropped off like 300 kids. It looked like some kind of day care or something. I decided not to mess with that and we settled for Chick-fil-a and the play ground there. That was a lot less crowded and the kids still felt like they got to do something. Elliot didn't seem to want to finish his nuggets, so he grabbed my arm (since he won't talk) and put my hand on his nugget. I grabbed one and then he pushed my hand towards my mouth. That was his way of saying "You eat my food. I don't want it."

Also, isn't it awesome that Chick-fil-a sauce is nation wide now? I am waiting for Fredericksburg to get a billboard that says "Fredericksburg. Home of the Chick-fil-a sauce.

Six Months Pregnant...That's It?

I'm getting requests from my far away friends to see pictures of how big I am now. It's kind of embarrassing, but here it is. This is six months and I have a feeling it's only going to get worse.

VW Diesel

While my sister dreams of a Toyota Sienna, I am dreaming of a Jetta TDI. Though, I may have owned three VW's in my lifetime, and clearly know they are pricey to up keep, I love them. When your Volkswagen is running good, it's a nice smooth ride as well as stylish. The TDI's are great. People get real involved these days in hybrids, but I say go with the diesel. Growing up I always knew I wanted a diesel since my parents drove me home from the hospital in that beautiful Pontiac Diesel Station Wagon. I was hooked. I did learn a lesson from my sister. Dreams do come true. Just last week she was the proud owner of a Toyota Sienna. I mean, look how she's glowing. That, too, can someday be me in my Jetta TDI. All I have to do is get one kid out of a car seat and that baby is mine.

Just a Little Update...

I don't really have much to say. I know I've been gone for awhile. I've felt better the last few weeks but still haven't blogged. I'll just post some updated pictures and take it from there.

Elliot put himself to bed in front of his bedroom one evening.
Just a shot of Elliot running towards me.
